Try Before You Buy is such a good opportunity for lots of people who are unsure whether to buy right now. You can move into one of our brand new homes, without a deposit or even a mortgage. You simply choose one of our homes and pay rent on it until you decide to buy.

Once you've settled in, if you choose to buy your home then you’ll get up to your first year's rent towards the deposit and we will contribute towards your legal costs. So you can move into a beautiful new home straightaway, decide whether you like the property and the area, and use the rent you have paid towards a deposit.
